Services
Pre - Litigation and
Pre - Settlement Support
Our medical-legal consultants are board-certified physicians who evaluate the medical facts of your client's case. Our goal is to help you settle cases for better value and to help your injured clients obtain appropriate care.
Medical Record Chronology
We can provide a detailed synopsis of the plaintiff's case presented in sequential order with a referenced timeline of pertinent events.
Medical Summary Reports
Preliminary Review
A preliminary review involves reading your client's medical records to help determine case merit. We will write a brief summary report that highlights any medical concerns in the case.
Complete Review and Medical Opinions
We can provide a complete review of your client’s medical records, a virtual medical interview with your client, and a medical opinion report with citations from the medical literature that includes an analysis of:
IME Rebuttal Report
Our physicians can review your client’s IME medical record. We will also conduct a virtual medical interview with your client and render a medical opinion about the IME evaluation. Medical literature citations are included when appropriate.
Answers to Your Specific Medical Questions
You may not require a thorough review of your client’s medical records but have specific questions that need to be answered. For example, “Can diabetes be triggered by head trauma? Can blunt trauma to the abdomen cause acute appendicitis? Can a low-impact vehicle crash cause a mild TBI?” We research your questions and render medical opinions backed by science.
Liaison With Treating Physicians
If you encounter challenges communicating with your client’s treating physicians, we offer doctor-to-doctor calls, including virtual meetings, to ensure your questions are answered. We can also facilitate your requests for written statements from the treating physicians.
Deposition Preparation
While we do not serve as expert medical witnesses, we can prepare essential questions for deposition testimony. We will also provide table-side guidance during depositions if requested.
